Discover a unique track car with the Reobrix 11011, an extensive car building set inspired by the KTM X-BOW GTX. The car's striking design, with its low cockpit, large rear wing, and extensive aerodynamics, results in a build model that is clearly different from traditional supercars and GT race cars.
The real KTM X-BOW GTX is a full-fledged race car developed by KTM in collaboration with Reiter Engineering. Behind the driver is a 2.5-liter five-cylinder turbo engine from Audi, good for approximately 530 hp. Combined with a weight of just over 1,000 kilograms, this delivers serious performance. Also remarkable is the cockpit: instead of traditional doors, a large part of the canopy opens to get in and out of the car.
The Reobrix 11011 translates this special construction into a large technical build model. The low nose, closed cockpit, large air intakes, wide wheel arches, and substantial rear wing are clearly visible. The characteristic canopy can also be opened, giving access to the car's detailed interior.
Underneath the body, attention has also been paid to the technology. The model features working steering and functional wheel suspension, while behind the cockpit, a detailed engine compartment has been built. Various body parts can be opened or removed, so much of the underlying construction remains visible even after building.
The Reobrix 11011 is therefore an extensive building project of a race car that you don't often encounter as a building set. Especially the combination of the special canopy, the technical functions, and the distinctive design of the X-BOW GTX makes this an interesting model for enthusiasts of track cars and larger technical building sets.
This is not an officially licensed product, but a building set inspired by the KTM X-BOW GTX.
